Many of my contemporaries noticed the obituary of one of the Jefferson Airplane founders, Paul Kantner, a few weeks ago.
I love the Airplane's music. (Memories of the founding moments of the Evil Sun!) But what I was especially interested to learn was that Kantner wrote "Wooden Ships," together with David Crosby.
