Rahm's Three "NOs"

Rahm Emanuel - the mayor who was given the chance to change Chicago history by changing the Daley "boss" legacy - has instituted a new regime. It's called "the three NOs". It lays down a new line with respect to the traditional care with which "time, place, or manner" restrictions of free expression in civil society are put in place. Rahm has a simple formula for free expression:

NOwhere!

NOtime!

NOhow!

Details are in the ordinance pending before City Council to drastically reduce the ability of Chicagoans or anyone else to express themselves. (Welcome to Chicago! You're under arrest.)
